It was well organisesd and helped our organisation a great deal. 18 participants including academic staff from all universities in Sri Lanka attended the training. Following a low-key opening event there was opportunity for the participants to present the projects they developed. Some officials who represented the Japanese government, too, attended the concluding ceremony. Board and lodging available during the five-week period were of high standard. The trainees were accommodated at Global Towers Hotels in Colombo. The programme helped the children in our institute to expand their knowledge. It also opened new avenues in the field ofICT. We now use this educational approach at our institution.
