The Lak Aruna Foundation is helping more and more students in our rural area to improve their English skills and future chances. But this also presents us with new challenges: The space inside our classrooms is limited. That’s why we held outdoor classes for our primary school students. But heavy rainfall or heat make it sometimes impossible. Our volunteer Alycia from the USA noticed this problem and made a generous donation. After a meeting with our students’ parents, where many offered their help, we decided to build a non-permanent classroom. Now we have a new space for our students to learn and thrive.
